NC23 starting problem
I just tried to start my NC23 for the first time, and it wouldn't start. It's pretty cold outside but surely I should still be able to get it to start. It's turning over but not catching. She was running fine yesterday when she was delivered and started first time when I went to view her. I'm gutted, please help

... and if it still wont go with the tap to on, try it on the reserve setting especially if your not sure how much fuel is left. be aware if there is no fuel to the carbs, it might take a little while (30 secs or so) to get through the lines, so perservere and turn off lights to preserve battery charge.

Thanks for the advice guys, she has fuel, kill switch on run, choke on full, no throttle, she's still turning over but not catching, sounds like shes about to die on me now, which i'm guessing is because i've killed the battery. Looks like she's going to the garage!

Do you know someone with some jumper leads to jump start it from a car, if you have wound it over a bit a bit more battery power could be all it needs to fire up.

That sounds like it may have flooded from being cold and a bad start attempt (we all do it, especially when we dont know what conditions they like to start on).
I would recommend getting a donor supply of battery power, such as a car jump, then try firing it up on full choke no throttle, fuel tap set on RES, trying for no more than 30 seconds then giving up.
I would then proceed with more technical stuff but you mentioned your not too keen on that stuff so I wouldnt want to advise further.
