The RVF *does* have luggage hooks!
Putting the bike back together today - looked at the underside of the pillion pad - and Lo! Fold out luggage hooks!
I didn't know it had these. Was this just me or did everyone else know?

haha I think so.. I tried using them one and it didn't work since my tank bag was too big. I gotta wonder if there ever was an oem honda accessory that worked with those.
