NC30 Peg Socket Tool?

Post by Grinch »

Just looking at removing the swing arm, and in time possibly the engine, just to check it over clean etc, and researching the peg sockets required, any help advice as to the best place for the peg socket tools required?

I have found stuff on ebay (nothing for the engine mount bolt) and before I order something up just wanted to check that is the best place to go?

Thanks in advance.

I think some people make a peg socket tool by grinding down a normal socket

I can supply the OE Honda tool - it`s a double ended, 1/2" square drive peg spanner which fits the swingarm castle nut as well as the engine mounts and the clutch centre nut.

At £40 it`s far too expensive but Mr. Honda sets the prices, not me...
