That's funny, I emailed Tyga asking the same thing and Paul actually mocked up this exact tail unit(RGV250 version) on an NC30 for me. He said the RGV version was a bit wider, so it would be a better fit on an NC30/35. The second pic is photoshop to show how the tail would look closer to the frame/tank.

I think this tail looks much better than the RCV style tails that they make for the NC30/35. I wish they'd make a bolt on version to go with their new front fairing. I mostly wanted a different tail unit to have a little more room to tuck in. With the stock shape NC tail you pretty much sit where she tells you!

That wouldn't take much work to fit at all and I agree looks much better than their RCV effort, do you know what subframe is used In that mock up?

From the looks of it, an old Cricket bat!

He recommended using the one made for the RGV, but I'd prefer to make my own from scratch.

Sorry that the pics are so small. I've tried uploading them at every possible re-size, but they stay exactly the same.

Your better off hosting them on somewhere like photobucket as they always seem to come out tiny when using the upload/attach option

LOL. I recognise those pics. Forgot I'd done them or I'd have posted earlier

Sure... fits where it touches... Actually, doesn't look like a hopeless case as I remembered it. Bit of cutting and shutting and could be made to work. Just wish we had more time to things like this.
