rvf silouette style side on picture thing
im eager to do some designs of what colour i could do for a track bike and when i was doing a similar thing for my nc30 road fairings someone sent me this picture

which i used to do this

and sent to the graphics company and painter so they could see what i wanted
just wandered if anyone has a similar thing for the rvf?

This is cool I've been looking for an outline of the NC30 like the one you received to mock up my ideas for colour schemes. Did you get a silhouette of the front and rear aspects also?

no unfortunately not, im still on the hunt for an rvf one aswell, or if anyone has a picture of a plane white rvf that might work?

Any bits or colours you want/don't want in the pic?
Check out my site for a full pic in its original state.
It was traced with Illustrator.
...The short answer to the first Q: is kind of; the image has to be sheared to get a better 'side on' profile and this making the shape a bit weird! The photo used with the tracing, had the bike in that position originally! It could also be my limited ability!

Have another one of the RVF in a much more basic form that may be a bit more 'side on'.
I've also one of these traced images of the NC30's front(ish):

dont worry i have done what i wanted to do with your original pic and im quite impressed
but the bloody scanners broken again so this picture will have to do

what do you think? not bad for 30 mins on 2d design and reliving my days of colouring books (i still cant keep within the lines
) :)
