Sticking throttle on an NC23...
Hello,
I'm looking for some advice because I can't seem to get my throttle to stop sticking!!!
The throttle is rolling back and forth smoothly but will not snap closed. I have replaced both cables, lubricated them properly and the throttle is still sticking. I know the problem is not on the carbs because I've just had them reconditioned and the carb throttle cam is springing back as it should.
I don't think the problem is on the throttle handle itself because when the cables are not attached it is moving freely on the handle bar???
Any suggestions would be much appreciated because i've come to a bit of a deadend on this one and can't think what to do???
Best. Nick.

Hi Nick,
Try slackening off the cables a touch.
Cheers

Hi Nick, yea try the cables like Ian says, I had the same prob the other week and all that was needed was to slacken the 10mm nuts half a turn at the carb end and that sorted it a treat
