RF400, gk78a (1993)gearbox

Post by mugge302 »

Hello all.

im new to this forum but already found it usefull :)

Does anyone of you Guys know if the gearbox from af gsxr400, gsf400 or any other gk* engine fits on?

I have a bad gearbox, its jumping out when accelerating in 2nd gear, but maybe its too difficult/cost too much for a repair instead of replacing the complete gearbox.

(the bike is not official imported to denmark, so its hard to find spareparts)

Thanks a lot :)

Best regards

Hello. My plan was only to replace the gearbox/transmission if possible, cause engine runs very well :)
