Rick (Porndog) made a set as you suggested if you have a look at his build, looks a very good idea

I guess it depends on the amount of speed your carrying into the 'off' my train of thought was it would protect calipers/fairings in a slow speed slide, no amount of protection 'bobbins' are going to be of any use in a high side...thank you for reading up on my build, still a work in progress

No problems, seen some awesome rebuilds on the site (yours included) you guys do a high quality job... Quite an inspiration and standard to try and match

After repairing the original rear fairings, had them painted...also the front nose cone had a new paint job...
