Re: NC35 Wheels
In the time I've been on here, since 2007 ish I think I've watched the price of rvf rears more than quadruple and if you want my honest opinion its us lot on here that have pushed the prices up. Each person wanting a bit more than the last time one that sold and now we're at £250 a wheel! It's stupid I bought a set of pvm mags for not a lot more than that and I'm talking ££'s not £££'s
Mike if you wanted to go new then I belive pvm are still making a wheel for the nc and dymag will if you get a order of 6 wheels together

Re: NC35 Wheels
Well, that's the way it goes. Only a finite amount of 35s were built, and only a finite of wheels will be left on the shelf at Honda. DSS can get them, but it's a three week wait and they'll be nearly £650 apiece. The number of Honda wheels will be decreasing as they get damaged or used on 30s or other bikes, so unless someone makes a decent replica with a decent guarantee that they won't be shite, the price is only ever going to increase.

Re: NC35 Wheels
Money-wise I really had faith that this thread would generate real genuine interests from peeps here into a new batch of rear wheels 17's. I am still definately interested. But I now read that this is generally speaking a no-go!
If switching to others like dymag then for me it all depends on the total cash bucket involved for a set of their wheels.
I know (and I have seen these wheels in the flesh at Michael in germany...really lightness!) that PVM can do these too. But money-wise a very deep hole in my pocket atm.
Back to topic, what sort of prices each are we talking in case of those minimal 6 rims from Dymag..? Is this front and rear wheel as in a set? Or are we after just the much wanted rear wheel only??

Re: NC35 Wheels
I talked with Dymag a while ago and I was told they'll make an RVF400 17 5.5 wheel but not the 5.25.

Re: NC35 Wheels
The guy I spoke to seemed to think they would be 5.25 but he no longer works directly for dymag so that could well be wrong. The minium 6 wheels would either 6 fronts or 6 backs not a mixture of both, price around £2k a set
