Do you still have the old CDI? If so, try it and see if that sorts it. If it does then it's a faulty CDI.

What were the symptoms with the old CDI?

Do you mean that it revs but not well?

The blue/yellow wire will cut spark to 2 cylinders over 5000 rpm if fiddled with and is also associated with the speed limiter/dash.

You problem lies in this wiring. I would take the bike to someone that knows Nc30's inside out, it will cost you less in the long run.

sorry ... the extra wire is orange/blue ..... my previous cdi don't have that wire ( even from main connector also don't have, only using 5 wire).
After change new cdi, have extra wire orange/blue.
Who can explain to me,function/connection of that wire, becoz my previous bike not using it.Maybe after know the connection for orange/blue wire,I can manually connect the wire to correct position.

Hi

There is no orange/blue on the wiring diagram, at least not coming from the CDI. There is a blue/yellow and yellow/blue, both for the coils, and there is a blue/orange for the oil pressure lamp, but no orange/blue.

Are you sure your new CDI is actually an NC30 device?

Thanks.

The wiring diagram for the NC30 is here:

The haynes is wrong. The orange/blue from the cdi is the speed limiter wire.
