calipers 5mm spacers - you got the later yokes from a 98-99 with the alloy bottom yoke then? Would've been simpler but slightly less bling to use the pair with the earlier steel lower. The forks are placed 5 to 10mm further inboard (I forget) and a total 10mm wider on the later yokes, IDK if they had to alter the steering stops on frame or yokes to accommodate, or if this caused frame/fairing/radiator clearance issues for you?
Slightly surprised you had to swap the stems. Bearing numbers are the same I believe. Were the lengths different? It went straight in on my CB.
