And thankfully i think they are the same kind of bolts as yours, but tbh i have not had a close look yet.

I have just found this picture online showing the carb connections. What is the bit i have circled? Judging by the arrows going from atmosphere into it i am guessing a little filter or something?

And don't worry i am sure i will run out of questions to ask soon

The plug in the second pic looks like it goes on the thermostat housing & sender.
