Need a photo/diagram please
Would anybody with an NC29 be kind enough to help me out?
I need a picture or diagram of the clutch/choke cable routing. In paticular, the area where they pass over the top of the radiator on the right hand side, as you sit on the bike. There seems to be some sort of cable guide on the top radiator mounting and I just want to make sure mine is routed correctly.
The main reason I ask, is because my cables rub on the air guide of the fairing near the top of the radiator and squeak like a squeaky thing!!!!
Do they all do this, or am I just being picky?
I've looked in my Haynes manual, but can't see clearly in any of the photos.
Any help appreciated!

Hi Bonzo, Your not being picky, it used to do me as well. Mine tend to squeek and creak, same when my mate had his 29. Here's an old picture until someone better comes along, ones also tilted.. sorry cant link to a thumbnail, would have to resize them for the forum, cant be arsed atm.

edit: if you check out the cable in the second photo you can see its lightly rubbed away with all the chaffing, although I have obviously turned the cable at some point. I just add light grease to that area,it cures most of it for a while.

Cheers Durka - just what I needed!
Alas, it appears mine are routed correctly, so I may have to resort to grease/lube! Either that or earplugs!
