Re: NC35 Wheels
I would be in for 2, if they can drop ship to the states instead of UK.
Probably a couple others over here that would be interested as well, but shipping there then shipping here would be too many coins.

being able to ride from point A to point B does not mean you have skills

Re: NC35 Wheels
They would all be getting shipped to the UK in one shipment and then posted out to those who buy them, I am sure we could find a cost effective way of getting them to the USslo12 wrote:I would be in for 2, if they can drop ship to the states instead of UK.

Re: NC35 Wheels
Yakama, you should maybe post up something like-
"I am looking into having a batch of replica RVF400 17" rear wheels made up. They will all be white/primer and will be a direct replacement for the standard RVF400 17" rear wheel. There is no scope for custom wheels or one-offs due to the costs involved. Please do not ask if you can have anything other than a copy of the standard RVF400 wheel because it is not possible unless you investigate and pay for it (the prototypes and tooling needed) yourself."
and lock this thread and start a fresh one.
Believe me (from experience!), it'll make the whole thing easier for you to handle.
As for shipping to the US, it'd pay a load of you to get together and ship a load over and redistribute them over there yourselves rather than ask someone over here to deal with multiple customs forms and couriers.
I have nothing at all to do with this by the way, but I am feeling the OP's pain right now

Re: NC35 Wheels
I think you may be right Kayla.
So to sum up:
The wheels will be a direct copy of the OEM wheels, so size 4.5 x 17", There is no scope for custom wheels due to new moulds needed and this would see the cost rise astronomically
They will come powder coated black as any other colour requires a higher order number
Price will be confirmed once the order has been placed
For those in other countries than the UK feel free to club together to get them shipped to your country in higher numbers to save fees
A new post will be created asking for those interested to contact me once stock is in hand
