Google search on silverman museum NC35 brings up something interesting
http://raresportbikesforsale.com/tag/v4/page/6/
Looks like they had ties with RLR and the 85bhp RVF being discussed in the other thread, looks like they were using +1mm pistons to get that figure.

:plus: I am with Speedy on this one and I actually think it looks pants. It is compleatly out of proportion for the bike, doesnt line up with the rest of the bodywork and looks like it has been gashed on in some back shed. I reckon if that was on a normal bike and on E-bay it would have made its way into the E-bay thread of shockers.

I wouldn't call it shocking, just that if you've ploughed, as they claim $50K+ into the bike, even if you liked the style of the seat, surely you'd at least have it line up with the tank as well as the frame? Especially when it's probably 'only' a few hundred dollars of plastic as opposed to several thousand each for every other aftermarket and HRC part they've chucked on.

If the rider needed a higher seat and it made the bike work better, but look worse..then fair play.

The one thing I don't like about all the NC35's cosmetically is the seat unit. No offence to anyone. I much prefer the seat unit of the NC30. But then I am biased.
The bike in the link does nothing for me!

If we all liked the same thing, it would be boring. Personally, I think the headlights and taillights on NC30s look silly. Quite clearly, lots of people don't. Just imagine of all bikes looked the same, that would be so dull!
