Tyga make some replica aluminium mounts for the clocks and the mirrors but I think they only do copies of the normal item.
You could get one made up ala NC24 style where the mirror support is part of the screen brace so it doesnt cover the tank but will cost a bit (unless you get get some orders then get a run of 5 made up and split the costs)

Re: NC30 combined front stay and screen brace
Just had a quick google moment and found these...
Harris perfomance (for a Gixxer)

And Vortex racing (for an R1)

I KNOW they wont be a straight fit, but the right sort of shape and might give you the start of an idea for a new design. Are you looking to still run clocks or is this a pure track/race beast?

Use some some ally bar to make the arms to the screen / mirror mounts that meet at the stem plug, then get a nice ally stem plug from Rick Oliver and find someone who can do ally welding.

Re: NC30 combined front stay and screen brace
Not a bad idea, how do you go about bending alloy tube?
Its for a track bike and the original screen brace mounts are being used to hold the tank cover down. I spose i could bend the tabs out a bit on the original type screen brace but from memory they are quite a tight fit anyway.
