Should be an adjuster on the headlight. Quite likely if the headlight was the only issue, they'd adjust it, but because they've had so many other things to fail on, they won't bother.
Sounds like the bars are bashing the fairing?
You've only just done the rear brake hose, so why is it getting in the way of the wheel? (presumably)
I guess the structure stuff means the fairing is about to fall off.
Is that the rear brake that's crap? Probably needs bleeding again...
Valve stem - tyre off, new valve, rebalance.

well the left bar is bent so maybe thats hitting something.. ive not noticed but they clearly have. the brake hose was done up, its not getting in the way hes just being a retard.... its because the shock line was pushing down against the brake line and he went mental at me for that. nothing a cable tie wont fit... the rear brake disc is pitted and rusty as fuck. it does hold. but not very well.. it doesnt need bleeding, there is absolutely 0 air in there, bled the system 2 days ago. he said the disc is the issue with the braking.
and il remove the tyre and change the valve stem.

Fuck me that's a list.
You should go ask him what the structure thing was.
To me I read it as "forks/yokes/frame/bars are fucked/bent and will affect steering etc.
Throttle operating incorrectly? Are the revs increasing/decreasing with handlebar movement?
The rest should be simple things.
New rear brake disc, sort out the rear brake hose routing, new valve stem, general tightening things up.
Time to get the spanners out

well i asked him about forks and frame he said no problems there.. only left bar is bent. throttle is operating fine. its just sticking and not springing back. wd40 can fix that.

Re: MOT failed, knew it.. but, any help?
He may be a 'retard', but he's a retard you need to convince that your bike isn't the deathtrap that a DOZEN advisories, FOUR of which are 'dangerous' (ie fail), suggest that it is!
001 If the bar is bent, you either need to find someone who can straighten it, or preferably replace it.
002 Will probably be caused by 001.
003 try bolting the bloody thing on!!
004 presumably the accident that bent the bar has broken the switchgear housing, you either need to fix or replace it.
005 is ambiguous, but probably means the cables need lube or they're trapped on something
006 see 003
007 get the valve replaced
008 sounds like the fairing or screen brace is flapping about. You mentioned yours not lining up so I wonder if you just didn't fit it at all?
009 as above
010 just takes a screwdriver when you're having the MOT done assuming the rest of the bike isn't falling off and the tester thinks it's worthwhile as it will be the only fail
011 tie the hose up so nothing can batter it
012 if the bike's MOT hasn't expired yet, try dragging the rear brake to clean it up, assuming the pads aren't shagged too. Otherwise, new pads and probably new disc. Brand new discs and pads won't fail a test before they've been bedded in for loads of miles, my new front discs and pads had 10kms on them and lifted the bike off the roller when tested!

Re: MOT failed, knew it.. but, any help?
WD40 might fix it temporarily. Take the cables off and run some engine oil down the part of the cable that sticks out the housing, and pull it in and out. Repeat plenty of times. Hang the cables vertically overnight to allow the excess to escape rather than piss all over the bike. Make sure the throttle tube isn't sticking on the bar, and that the return spring is working properly on the carb pulley.xivlia wrote:well i asked him about forks and frame he said no problems there.. only left bar is bent. throttle is operating fine. its just sticking and not springing back. wd40 can fix that.
