I thought the locating hole in the wheel was the same diameter, but the stub axle was too short to allow you to just put the vfr750 rear on, and a vfr750 hub doesn't/won't fit?
If its just a case of milling out the centre locating hole in the vfr750 wheel, well that seems pretty simple!

Nut sure about the axle but i wouldnt have thought the wheel was any wider at the mounting point.
If it was the 750 hub they would just use the 4 bolt holes surely?

Yeah yeah I know that you can buy the exchange kit from rick, and it's quality kit, but if I can mount the vfr750 wheel rvf400 wheel and vfr400 wheel on the same stub axle hub assembly then that'd be really useful, tho I doubt it's possible, but I'm still intrested to know how it works!
"Nut sure about the axle" haah that's a great unintentional pun!
cmsmj1 I think the remains of it are with bean from off here, I might be wrong, but yeah that bike is pretty fooking epic!

Re: How does this work? VFR750 rear wheel related
Hmmm sounds like it needs a converted axle, so dunno if you'd be able to take the vfr750 wheel off and bolt the rvf/vfr wheel straight on without changing out the axle!
