3tj with zxr400 forks
Has anyone tried fitting zxr400 forks to a 3tj, only my forks are pitted need new seals and I weigh 17st with leathers on, so if i am going to spend some money on my forks, I might try fitting these instead?

dunno if they'll fit but they're good forks.. H model forks are longer and the caliper mounts positioned to suit 300mm discs while L model's are shorter and caliper mounts suit 310mm discs.

It's been done but really you need a front end: bars; forks; triple claps, wheel, discs and calipers.
Get your steering stem pressed into the tripple clamps, then you can drop the whole lot in. I don't know the lengths of the kwak forks but you may have to drop them in the clamps to get the geometry back to standard.

if wanting to use 52mm usd forks then you can use the triple clamps from an rgv these use the same bearing size an they fit without any modifications to the clamp or frame
hope this helps
