Picture of coil mount needed.
Hi Guys,
I'm building a GK76a from boxes, but cannot figure out how the coils mount under the tank.
Would anyone have a picture of the area under the headstock?
Or could someone take such a picture?
Here's hoping!
Alex.

No picture but they fit side by side right up against the head stock, real pain to get to as they are behind the thermostate.

Stick coils - you know you want to

Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

the plug connectors for the switch gears and ignition goes right behind the headstock and all 3 connectors are on a bracket witch the bolts for the coils go throughAlex. wrote: I can see where they go, I just can't picture HOW they go there!I don't know if we are missing a bracket or some other attachment mechanism.

Ah, I understand what you are saying and it does make sense. I'll have to have a closer look and see what spacers are needed and how it fits together, I think I may have the connector bracket upside down...Marsbar wrote:the plug connectors for the switch gears and ignition goes right behind the headstock and all 3 connectors are on a bracket witch the bolts for the coils go through
