The best place to get them from would be either Rick O or electrex, but if it has fried it would have done your battery too. Sorry for the extra bad news.

OK, so the plot thickens, tested the voltage with the engine running @ 5k revs and was pulling around 14v on the multimeter, so that indicates to me (from everything I've read) that the regulator/battery is OK? It is not losing charge either.

I double checked the pipe from the bottom of the fuel tap and it looks new, however there was a slight pinch in the pipe by where it connects to the carbs. If it was enough to cause the holding back I'm not sure at this stage as the back end is off for graphics, so I will keep you updated.

A little kink is easily enough to stop it working right.

Ok, so a few weeks on and finally I have found the problem, when re-building the carbs I used a thin sealant on the cups of the carbs, bad idea.... This all separated inside the carbs and blocked the jets.

I cleaned it all out, put it back together and everything is hunky dory again! It was just coincidence that the bike stalled and ran like a pig after!
