Nc35 yokes on nc30 (stem???)

Hi I'm looking to do the usd fork swap fron nc35 to nc30 I know it's a fairly popular upgrade. Just a question has anyone done it by swapping the yoke stems? Ie taking the stem off a nc30 bottom yoke and putting it into the nc35 yoke to get past the head stock length difference?
If so how easy and anything to look out for?
And if anyone has any spare nc35 yokes i could buy? I have the forks.

Yes that can be done or you can buy an adaptor from rick o which fits ontop the top of the nc30 head race which allows you to fit nc35 yokes straight in
