Just looked again & no seat units listed for either RR or RT (which is what I need)

Can you post a direct link please?

you wont have every part for the bike listed on David Silver spares when you go to your bikes parts page.. it is far better to find out the exact part number and search by that instead...
part numbers are on the first link below.

They were sourced from DS Spares. They were on back order from Japan and took about 2 to 3 months to arrive, not cheap but brand new.

Right not a lot has happened in a while but With Tony's (Drunkin Munkey) help it should all be finished by spring (well that's the plan anyway)

Tony popped down to have a look at the bike and give me some pointers as to where and what I need to be doing. He also offered to strip and rebuild the forks for me and check over the brake calipers while he was at it. A few other little things needed doing as welll so we ordered the necessary parts and will pop them in and on soon too.

One thing I needed to do was order a stand to hold the front of the bike up so I could remove the front wheel and the forklegs. I'd seen these on ebay but was a bit wary due to the price but ordered one as I'd heard good feedback.

Well it arrived within the week and I have to say the build quality is really good and it does what it says it should do. It comes with 5 different addaptors so you can use it on numerous bikes. Have to say I'm very happy.

Anyway I thought I'd give it a whirl and see whow it works and this is the result. Wheels out ready for powdercoating, discs off ready for centres to be painted, forks out ready for Rick O's kit to be popped in and new seals and oil to be added.
