are NC29 Light/Indicator-switches interchangeable?
Just as the headline says, are there any left hand switches (Indicator, passing, horn, high beam)?
On my model from 1997 i got an left hand switch without and switch for parking light and normal light, when I turn on ignition switch my parking and normal light is going. I can only switch to high beam.
Now as I´m install an other fairing and going to install an Xenon HID lamp I want to switch my lights by hand, so could I use an other left hand switch from an honda bike (If you know an mode please tell me) to get that function on my bike or do I have to overwork the loom?
Cheers, Crazy German

Most honda light switches are the same , some have a few extra wires for the horn. I've got a cbr600 switch on my nsr250 , works fine .

HI.. On this post of a similar problem I posted a picture of an RVF400 NC35 left hand switch connectors. The switch itself is identical to my 1994 NC29. Check it out if it helps.

No the NC35 connector is different to the NC29 one. NC29 and NC30 share the same connector, I found that out on my Girlfriends bike, she´s got an NC30. With my switches installed just the passing function and the high beam works. quess that means on my loom the wires for low beam and parking light go straight to the lamps.
My loom is not installed already on my project bike so I couldn´t take the NC30 switches to test them on my NC29.
Other idea: are there any modell years of Nc29s which got an left hand switch with switchable on/off lights and parking lights?
