Hi

Most guys run K&Ns with the jets up-rated. so the short answer is no.

However, if you want to take it back to factory, you'll need to down jet it. (unless theres an aftermarket exhaust. The engine might need more fuel to balance the backpressure from the exhaust, check with the manufacturer of the exhaust)

Hope this helps

:ugeek:

PS welcome to the site :)

ram air is no good on the road. subject thats been covered several times in the past

swap the air box for a OEM one, pop a OEM or K&N in it and you will have to get it all re-tuned.
sell the ram air/jets on flea bay/400GB to help pay for the tuning....

rule of thumb.. if you change the air filter and/or jets and/or end can/headers
your safest bet is to get the bike re-set up for what you have just changed.
