Quick action throttle? (QAT) GK76A
Hey,
Just wondering has anybody changed there throttle tube for anything else to reduce the movement to full throttle? as standard has a fairly large turn to get to 100% open.
I know morris has been tinkering but not found a solution yet.
Thanks
Rob

I'd have thought any QAT that fits a standard clip-on would do the job.
Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

Universal ones wont be that good because you would have to move the switch gear and brake housing closer to the yokes,
Morris on here found this site for a mod to do to the existing unit. looks piss easy to do will give it a go

I would not trust a DIY throttle.
You can be sure if it goes tits up it will be at the moment you try and shut the throttle when flat out at the end of a straight.
By the time you figure it out you will be on the grass with your buttocks clenched!
