mudguard mounts
Just changed these for some nice new ones, should have done it when i replaced my forks but tried to save a few bob and they have annoyed me ever since as they let the front end down in my opinion. Looks good now though

Re: mudguard mounts
Yep they do clean the bike up, especially if the old ones are yellowed, I changed mine a couple of years ago.
Recently as you may remember I had my forks off and replaced head bearings. Well after doing everything, including brake calipers and hose and finally putting new fairings on, the final crowning glory was to put my new mudguard on, of course I never noticed I had swapped the stays after cleaning them, believe me that was a moment of screaming and swearing to the top of my voice. The bike was perilously perched with new fairings in place while I took the forks off and swapped them round, as I couldnt be bothered to remove anything. So use my story as a warning..

Re: mudguard mounts
Have you emailed David Silver with the part numbers? Worth doing as they can sometimes get parts not listed, usually within thre weeks, sometimes days. From what i can see they are out of stock but still possible to get.
Part numbers are.
61103ky2710 left side.
61102ky2710 right side.
They are just over £11 each without delivery.
There are Chinese copies on ebay but someone on here said they dont fit.

DO NOT BUY THE CHINESE ONES!!!
I DID.......and they are crap. They DO fit.....but they don't have metal inserts in the bolt holes like the OEM ones so they BREAK!
