Why not get Jimmy Chong panels sprayed in he scheme to match your tank. Or if your selling on there isn't much point.

The bike is fine, it still works put has some idiosyncrasies!

I know I have seen a nice Chinese endurance fairing set so would be no need to re-paint. I am just unsure if I should remain a purist with OEM

Panels don't affect performance. Spend your money on what's underneath them.

turn it into a hack and source another bike later if you really want another. by the time you changed the motor, and sourced decent panels its going to cost quite a bit. even with tatty plastics and a knackered box as has been demonstrated many times, ebay is full of idiots who seem to buy rubbish always looking for the cheapest of the cheapest even if they have to spend 2k on getting it right (but it was dead cheap innit) rather that buying the best they can find.

On this subject - I want some good lowers for my rebuild of No9 - Any ideas as to which are the best?

not interested in fucking about with plastex and so on - am keeping my current panels for occasional track scabber use.

I'm wanting a new nose form Rick, prob a seat too...and so need some decent lowers - not bothered if they are 1 piece inc V piece or not....
