I dunno- about £700 on a good day? To be honest I think it'd be worth more if the polished bits weren't.nestor-nc29 wrote:hi guys, i bought this fzr 400 as a little project aobut 23 weeks ago and shes nearing completion, anywayz i have a firend interested but i havnt quoted a price. its a 1988 fzr 400 (registered in 1992), has all new fibreglass fairings, and new decals, orange wheels with polished rims, polished forks, polished rearsets, polished passanger hangers, polished swingarm, art pro 2 oval end can, just had full service, has 12 months mot, pleanty of tire tred and aobut 30k millage.

I don't think it would go for more than that.

Re: fzr valuation please?
Someone was selling a really nice standard FZR on here before Xmas for not much more. I've also seen a few decent standard looking ones on Gumtree for £500-600 in the past year or so.
I think you'd be doing well to get £700.

A lot will depend on the pictures and when you advertise it. Go to a park or find a nice bit of wall with some foliage, get the sunlight on it and take a 3/4 shot from the front & side

Hi mate,
I`m in the Wakefield area and may be interested in the bike if you haven`t already sold it.
Cheers

Too many graphics for my taste, it looks crowded

Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.
