Thanks evil, for imput on that, after i got from brands the engine was dropped out of frame and packaged just as the parcel force company had asked me what to do.. I emailed him to make sure he checks every thing before he puts engine into the frame ie. timing and so on...
But your right i think their should be a moderator before i decide to leave the forum, i have always been honest and upfront about every thing but don't like people who think they own the world... I just live life to the full and enjoy spending time with my friends and to boys....

I am just angry that he thinks he can make my name dirt on this forum... when i have not done nothing wrong.....
Just because it doesent work....
I have always been helpful and i have nether gone out to sell any thing in bad condition, i run a very reputible business and i don't need this crap.

Re: Where have all the 3tj engines gone?????
I think you will find i have been very quiet on this subject, i have made a couple of references to it in the past 4 months since i bought the engine, but i haven't resorted to calling people names, unlike yourself.
Mabee the engine was running at one point when you were racing it to 8th last at Brands, and Evil might have seen it running, but that dosen't mean it arrived to me in a running condition.
If you were always at the end of the phone then why did you not phone me when i gave you my number and asked you to, and why did you email me telling me to "get over it" and stop bothering you??? The fact that you were so evasive confirmed my suspicions that you had deliberately ripped me off for £350. What else am i meant to think, any reputable seller would have made contact to try and resolve the situation, i know i would have if i were the seller.
If you think i can't fix the engine then you are saddly mistaken, i am a time served Light Vehicle Mechanic and a ticketed marine engineer with 12 years experience. If a can overhaul a 1500bhp V12 twin turbo Caterpillar engine then a 400cc bike engine is really not going to be too much bother, is it. The whole point is i shouldn't have to fix the engine as you said it was mint and ready to run. I already had a engine needing a rebuild and didn't have time to do it before a bike rally i was booked on, that is the only reason i wanted to buy a running engine to fit to the 3TJ. I checked the engine over before i fitted it to the 3TJ, including turning the engine over by hand to check the engine could turn over, so it was nothing i have or havent done that has caused the bent valves and broken piston rings.
As for throwing my weight around because i am a site supporter, what a load of sh1te. If i start throwing my weight around you will know about it, and it won't be on this site either as i am not a keyboard ninja and i will not stoop that low.
We are never going to agree on this subject. I think you sold me a dud (as the engine requires a top end rebuild) and you think you didn't and i am not going to get drawn into a slagging match as i will leave that to the kids in the playground.
Now as you said in one of your email "end of comunication"
