Rick, thought they were same as RVF! Doh! Its RVF one I need, dont like tall 1st gear on NC30 box, no good for getting off line.

It`s the same size pinion, Aly (29T) but the RVF version has stronger, square engagement dogs on one side.

Don't think I have the balls to take apart a gearbox just yet :P

Go on! It's alot easier than you think.
Personally, the whole removing procedure would be more pain then rebuilding the gearbox

No - that neutral selection problem is almost certainly being caused either by a clutch fault or by a non standard footrest kit with the wrong leverage ratio on the gear linkage...

i wondered why my biek Stuggled to get Neutral everynow and again, i have BN TYGA rear sets and it struggles, sometimes have to give it a bit of throttle to get it in N. thanks

Slow progress as all these projects tend to be...

ETA on the first two prototypes is around another 3 weeks but they are both spoken for. If they work OK I`ll get another batch (probably 5) under way ASAP.
