Re: M max box
It should plug in between the speedo and loom, or just as a replacement for the speedo wiring (ie you don't need to plug the speedo into anything)wedge wrote:i just pick up one of these boxes..only prob is instructions are in japanese...anyone show me how it goes into the loom with a picture???

Re: M max box
there is another type that is designed to go into the loom under the seat, i've got one i never fitted, as the instructions were in japanese, however now there is a decent wiring diagram available, the colours should be easy enough to match up.

Re: M max box
Weren't they both Motrax M-Max ones ???
They just plug in where the speedo goes (or used to). You might have to trace the wires back on the diagram and connect it to the CDI if your looms been "modified"

Re: M max box
thought so
it was me you outbid
i thought at that price it had to be worth a punt, but i obviously didn't punt hard enough
the description said just plug in behind the clocks and it had the 2 block connectors and 1 bullet connector
but with only the one pic it was difficult to tell if it had the same connections on the back of the box so you just plug the wires to the clocks in the box and the box into the clocks
