Bandit 6 idle speed
Hope you dont mind me but I cant find any decent info. Got a 01 bandit 6 and it idles around 2-2.5k warmed up. Rides normally, loads of power and gets decent fuel consumption, so not sure where to start?
Any suggestions?

Re: Bandit 6 idle speed
I presume you've tried turning down the idle screw?
I wouldn't have thought it would be bike specific but the normal symptoms could be airbox leaking, air filter dirty or wet, carb rubbers cracked or leaking, carbs leaking, throttle cable in need of a lube, choke stuck or cable in need of a lube.
Could probably think of a few more but its those sort of things you should be looking at.
