Post by chaslam07 »

while taking my wiring harness apart and unplugging connections i noticed its not in the best of shape, some connections and wires just crumbled as i took them off as they were so corroded, so i am just wondering would i be able to make a new one if i have the wiring diagram and follow my old wiring harness ? has anybody done this before ? what price would i be looking at ? any help is welcome thanks

The bike in question is a 1989 suzuki gsxr 400 gk73a

There is a guy on ebay who sells connectors that are exactly the same as oe, you just buy a terminal crimp tool that is for uninsulated ends and re end the loom.
