You will have to push it through to the other side, this will involve removing the clutch inner basket! The push rod runs against another longer rod that pushes the inner clutch basket when the clutch is engaged.
If you remove these parts the broken rod can be pushed out from the left of the bike to the right, sorry i dont think there is a simpler way to do it.

Thanks i managed to get the stuck piece out with a pair of circlip pliers .. put everything together and stumbled onto another problem :( .. bike now feels jerky at pull of.. feels as if something is pulling with a jerking motion on the back of the bike :?: ... but once you get going it rides fine up until you hit 4th gear.. then it sounds as if the gearbox is totally buggered.. but then when i gear up more it sounds fine again.. but its responds fine on the throttle in 4th when i open it... so i dont know if something else broke inside of the gearbox when the chain snapped, or if it may be the clutch plates thats not catching or maybe something bend inside the gearbox when the chain snapped, i was in 4th gear when the chain broke..

right now im rather clueless as what more to try..
