Speed to rpm?
Quick question, my bike shows 6000rpm at 100kph in 6th gear, is this about right?

62 mph is near enough right showing 6000rpm in 6th gear on my CBR400

Ta, used to my TL1000 twin and this sounds ready to explode to the stage i was doubting the rev counter, then again 12000rpm is a lot.....

That's bang on with the stock sprockets.
I used to use that formula to check I was in sixth if I lost count. 6th gear, 60mph, 6kRPM.
Seems to be a 100:1 ratio of revs to MPH in sixth, not sure if that's true across the scale, certainly not at low RPM.
