All done! The rear two are easy and come be done thro the body work, just use a 10mm plug socket with a 3/8" knuckle converter on top - this gives you just enough room to get the ratchet on top to free the plugs...

The front two are a bit of a mare.... Front and rear trackstands, bottom fairings off, remove the right hand lower rad mount, the long bottom hose allows you to pivot the radiator...

Unfortunatly now the fan mount is in the way of you fitting the ratchet to the plug socket & knuckle...

Undo the long top mount bolt, this will allow the radiator to move forwards enough for you to do the lefthand plug - swap and replace the cap...

The righthand one is a bit more tricky as due to the postioning of the radiator you have less access - still quite doable tho! Swap and replace the cap, bolt everything back on - now doublecheck all fittings secure.... ;)

Used the new Iridium plugs - RRP £9 each, £23 for 4 off ebay, bargain! Bike does seem a bit more eager now, a little more clear-headed...

If you use the honda spark plug too with the 10mm ring spanner from the toolkit theres more than enough room.

When did you last have your carbs set up? That plug looks a little err black in that picture? Is it running richer?

Just changed the air filter which was more than a little beyond its service date, altho the last owner assured me it had been done in June...
