Yup same as the RC24 except the air valves arn't recessed and have wheel style dust covers on them. aluminum ones if the bike still has the original ones.
i'm 40% through scanning in the workshop manuals / microfiche books for the NC21 and NC24. Hopefully answer lots of peoples questions when done!

Oooh, have you got a picture of them? The RC24's are plastic, aluminium ones would be quite nice if they fit.aluminum ones if the bike still has the original ones.

Ah, my missunderstanding, I've just realised you meant wheel as in road wheel. 
Oh well. :D Does mean you don't need to remove them on the NC24 to remove the fork caps though!
