Hi.

Here is my freshly finished NC35.
It has been completly overhauled from the inside and out.

Specs:

08 GSX-R 600R complete front end with original rim
08 GSX-R 600R rear shock
Moto GP Custom made exhaust
Koso Rx1 speedo
Renthal Clip-Ons
SSR quick fuel cap
Original Honda HRC tank protector
Scorpio SR500i alarm system with remote shutdown
Pro-Bolt complete fairing and engine set
Pazzo racing levers
Powder coated swingarm
Powdercoated NC35 rear rim
Powdercoated engine case cover
GSX-R 600R rear master cylinder
Rear brake hose mod
Samco hose set
Portet heads
GlowGauge voltmeter
Yamaha R-6 rectifier
New custom made generator
New brake discs
Braided Front and Rear brake hoses
"unknown" Rearset
3M Carbon wrap tape (Hard to get the detail with a camera, but looks like real carbon fibre)

Err....I can see some effort has gone into it, which is cool..but...that exhaust? :Puke:

The front end swap is a good idea - how does it work? What did you do to sort it? :geek:

The exhaust was acutally like that when I got the bike from Thailand ;) I just added a custom exhaust silencer to it.

The front end forks great! I just had to swap out the steering stem bearings to fit the NC35 frame.

Some cool mods there, love the front end!

I'm with Mark on the exhaust. It looks like a standard nc35 exhaust that's been modified? A full aftermarket system would be nicer IMO and give some performance gains.

Don't think I could live with the ignition switch like that either - I hope it's not permanent.

I've used the 3m carbon wrap, it does look very close to real carbon fibre when seen in person.
