Re: viper_biker's rides
I did like that micron it is lush. From what ive heard trackdays are coming down even harder on noise limits so seems our only choice now are quite cans or fit a baffle, but the latter sticks out like a sore thumb to a copper if removed on the road. Or just get 2 cans, one for road and one for track.

Re: viper_biker's rides
Finally got the forks fitted. Still need to get the calipers fitted and new lines ordered. The wheels are still in Germany and not yet painted and still on the look-out for a new system. Nearly there,

Looks proper that mate. This era blade is the only litre bike I'm keen of, bar an rsv4 but I'm just dreaming now

Re: viper_biker's rides
Cheers Tony. Don't get me started on the RSV4 though, I'd swap the CBR for one right now, no questions asked even after the time and money invested to do the bike up like this.

Re: viper_biker's rides
Those forks really are quite pretty G. I have to say it though, the bike looks kinda odd without the PVM's and Micron on. I guess I'd just got used to it in bling mode and now it's more stealth mode. Why have the wheels gone back to Germany, for a touch up or a complete colour change?
Too spensiff!!!

Re: viper_biker's rides
Cheers Martin. The wheels needed re-painting after the paint came off with the wheel weights whel they were removed. They should be back in my posession in a few weeks. The Micron won't be going back on I want to go back to doing trackdays and the Micron is simply too loud. The system is still sitting here doing nothing and don't be too surprised if it sees its way back onto the bike, unless I can get me one of these,

Re: viper_biker's rides
Wee update. Ex-Stobart Honda full titanium Arrow system, 2011 Fireblade mono-blocks, black Talon rear sprocket (didn't like the silvers one as it didn't match the colours on the bike.

But, won't be staying black, just mocking up a few paint schemes and need to decide on which one,
