Extended swingarm
Has anyone got or know where to get an extended swingarm for a vfr30? i'm thinking of making a real low drag look vfr project, my mate is a fabricator for old hot rods, and he gave me the idea, also has anyone ever supercharged the v4?

Re: Extended swingarm
I know someone supercharged the 800 version, bit tight to fit a supercharger to the 400's I would have thought.

yeah...i was looking for good mounting places and didn't know whether to try and make it hidden or visable, still very much in napkin stage, i've still gotta get a second vfr to start the project, i've put up an add for a px nissan 200sx s13, i'll see what comes up.

Re: Extended swingarm
i was thinking about supercharging an nc21 thats wound up in pieces in my garage. napkin stage again, so if you get anywhere with it then let me know, i'd be interested to hear how it works out. as for the swingarm, try harris or spondon, they problably won't stock one, but they'll certainly be able to build one

Re: Extended swingarm
Rather than try and extand the swing-arm, why not look at either getting your brother to fabricate a convertional (2 sided) swing arm rather than adding to the arm. That would be a better option if you ask me.
