New 17's on my Triarm... :)
FINALLY got some 17" wheelage on my '23...
Took a bit of digging and a fair bit of faff but got there in the end!
One RVF400 front wheel:

One NSR rear wheel:

New bearings & powdercoat in satin black for the rear, sand & respray for the front, plus a few decals ( the rim stripes are silver & reflective, may get a black bike seen a little better

All bolted straight on, same front spacers & axle, same disc & carrier for the rear...

They look like they're at an odd angle, as though they've been bent forward. Must just be the photo!

By half an inch, yes. Maybe that's why the forks look odd. GF linkage needed!
