GSXR400 GK76 Carb balance

Post by brewer »

Hi everyone,

I have just replaced all the o rings in my carbs as the bike was running really rough, it now starts and runs but is still a bit off so i checked the balance, in the carbtune manual it says "for old suzukis with CV carbs set the outer two carbs 2.5-3 cmHg higher than the centre two" i set them up like this and the tickover still isnt great, my question to anyone who has balanced a set of carbs for this bike, is that setting correct or should they all just be set the same? FYI im using a morgan carbtune upside down.

Cheers,
Martin.
