GK76A Starting problem
I've just purchased a track ready bike on ebay which, for various reasons, I didn't get to pick up this weekend as expected.
I maybe should have waited until I pick it up next weekend to ask but I'll be desperate to sort it so the sooner I ask.....!
Anyway, the owner stated in the ad 'only known fault is i have fitted some foam airfilters and is a sod to start, carbs need setting up for these filters'.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Re: GK76A Starting problem
I run a modded airbox on the Bandit and had to up the pilot jets from 32 to 35 ( could have gone bigger as still 3 1/4 turns on the screw) and lift the needles 1 position. You may be better going back to a box to keep things simple.
Ive not been inside the 76A carbs for a while but think they had what was listed in the book as a starter jet, prob goes to the choke and may be worth a look. PM me ya email and i will send over a parts list that has an exploded veiw of the carbs.
Other stuff to do would be setting the valves up nice and treat it to a lockup cam chain tensioner as the Suzi's standard one can back off if you miss a gear.
