Re: HID ballast kits info
Took my old bulbs out today and made sure I canfit an h4 style in..the easiest way to do it is to bend the 2 bottom tabs up. I think when I come to fitting the kit on saturday I will just put some sealant around them and the put the bracket back..
Just seen the picture on the first page shows clearly how to fit it :)

Mac is working great. I love it. I can't wait to get a Macbook. Just have to talk the wife into it.....
I am thinking it might be easier to try and mold some custom lights into the bodywork. I highly doubt there is anything out there that will fit straight into the bike.

Re: HID ballast kits info
finally had some time to get these sorted out!
using a set of slim ballasts from a 400GB member, re-did the wiring to 1ft long max. used my original HID bulbs.
used sticky sided Velcro to attach the ballasts just under screen on inside nose cone.
all done and working just fine.

Re: HID ballast kits info
um.... not with out removing my nose cone.....
mine are the slim line set, Velcroed on to the inside, just under screen line of my nose cone and with chopped down loom (1ft max) so no excess wires to mess about with.
+ the iPhones pics arent great!
