Nc30 lower rad- what's the point of this?
Hey guys,
Can anyone think of a reason (besides laziness) that the bracket on the bottom of the lower rad would be actually inside the fan rather than connected to the bracket below it ?!

Yeah, I got nothing...
Maybe the previous owner was messing about with the lower rad and forgot to reattach the bracket.
