fzr 400 dent in frame

Hi im interested in a fzr 400 3tj on ebay but it has a dent in the top end of the frame. my dad reckons its had a crash and the handle bars hit it. its passed mot's and everything else is fine. just wondering if the dent in the frame will be any problem? cheers

I'm not sure how bad that is, but it seems common, there's a thread on here where peeps are asking for frame protectors

1, to stop it happening :oops:
2, cover up where it has :grin:

Mine's like it.
You just need to check over the bike and make sure it's all straight ... check the bars don't trap your hands etc.

What Evil said but stress marks on/or around the area are usually a good sign for if its majorly damaged.

By the looks of it its just a small dint and would probably cause you no inconvenience at all.
