If you haven't done so, check the other main jets just to make sure they are 118 and 115. You'd be suprised what turns up where.......
The pilot screws are located on the side of the carb bodies and point inwards. They're a flat head screw. Hard to explain without pics, but the only other flat head screws are the float drains, and they're on the carb bowls (the bit you took off to get to the jets). Those jet sizes are fine for your exhaust. You could go up a size if you wanted though, as they run pretty lean standard.
