NC30 front forks
How do I gt the oil out of my NC30 forks, any recommendations what to refill with?

Easy way is to remove the top bolt and turn them upside down for a few hours, even overnight is good. Difficult way is to fully strip them as per the Haynes manual. More work but lets you be 101 percent sure all the old oil and crud is out of them.
Standard forks, best stick with standard 10wt oil, and levels as per your model. Got a Haynes manual? If not, I recommend you get one. Its easy if you follow the instructions.
