GSXR400 GK76a restrictor

Post by brewer »

Does anyone know the dimensions for the restrictor washers for the GSXR400 GK76? Also if the holes are offset to top or central? Thanks in advance for anyone that can offer some assistance!

Either that or does anyone have a set they would like to sell?

Cheers!

My husband took the carb inlet ( black thing) to the hardware store and asked for 4 washers to fit inside. Purchased 4 of them and drilled the center hole out to approximatly the size of a 1 penny, Took it for a dyno run and it read 34.6 hp.

the washers were placed just in front of the carb outlets where the carbs fit into the black engine inlet tubes.

Iv done a scetch, but im no good with pc's.

Ok cheers, I get it now, Ill go for a hole slightly smaller than a penny if the dyno centre im taking it to cant do it while its in there, like all gsxr400s we had it out the other day and it decided to come up with a whole host of other carb related issues so we will have to get these sorted out first!

Thanks for the info,
Martin
